Junk Removal in Washington, UT.
Coral Canyon to Telegraph. Move-in clean.
Whether it’s a new-build cleanout in Coral Canyon or an older-home haul off Telegraph, we work every part of town. Firm price by text.
Washington has been growing for years now.
A lot of the homes in Coral Canyon, Green Springs, Sienna Hills, and Stucki Farms are less than a decade old. New families move in, find leftover construction debris in the side yard or a garage stuffed with the previous owner’s gear, and need it gone. Move-in cleanouts in these neighborhoods make up a big slice of what we do in Washington.
The older parts of town are different. The Telegraph corridor, Long Valley, and the older streets behind the Cotton Mill have homes that have been lived in for decades. The work there leans more toward estate cleanouts, downsizing, and the slow-accumulation garage that finally needs to be emptied. Same firm pricing, just a different kind of job.
Washington is a 10 to 15-minute drive from where we’re based in St. George, so we can get over there quickly. Coral Canyon and Green Springs both have HOA rules about curbside debris, but it never matters for us, we load straight from the garage or driveway into the truck and leave.

Why hire local in Washington.
St. George Junk Busters is a family-run business, born and raised in Washington County. We pay attention to the dump runs and tell you the price before we load. We work all of Washington (the city) every week, so we know which streets have tight access in Telegraph, which Coral Canyon HOA gates have keypads, and how the new builds in Sienna Hills like to leave the garage.
Common Washington questions.
I just bought a place in Coral Canyon and the previous owner left a bunch of stuff. Can you help?
Yes. Move-in cleanouts are one of the most common jobs we run in Washington. We can come the same week you take possession, clear the garage, the back patio, and any rooms with leftover furniture, and have the place yours by the weekend.
Do you work the older homes around Telegraph too?
Yes. The Telegraph corridor and the older Washington Fields homes have a different mix of work, more estate-style cleanouts and full-property hauls. Same firm pricing, same approach. Call us with what you’ve got.
Coral Canyon HOA has rules about trash bins on the street. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We come to the property, load directly from the garage or driveway into our truck, and leave. There’s no waiting bin or curb staging. The HOA never sees us coming or going.
How long until you can be there?
